What is the lead time?
Our Leadtime depends heavily on factors such as the complexity of the part, the quantity required, and the availability of materials.
However, we offer fast turnaround times and can deliver parts within a few days.
Do you manage subcontract services?
We offer sub-contract processes via our supply chain and can accommodate anything from anodising & heat treatment to Grinding & Balancing.
Offering a one-stop-shop to our customers is what we aim to acheive.
What materials do you work with?
We offer machining services for all plastic, ferrous & non-ferrous metals.
If the material is available, we will machine it!

What tolerances can you acheive?
We can achieve sub-10-micron machining tolerances on our Brand-New Mazak Machines.
And we have the capability to measure to within a few microns on our Aberlink Axiom CMM.
What accreditations do you have?
We are Cyber Essentials Certified and we have a clear route to ISO9001 as we move through 2026.
However, all of our processes are built with ISO9001 & AS9100 in mind, our internal process may not be accredited but we are confident that our quality management is up to scratch!
What payment terms do you offer?
We believe that relationships are build for the long term, and as the relationship develops, so do the payment terms.
We will offer terms up to 60days*

What batch sizes do you cover?
We specialise in producing batches varying from 1 up to around 100 parts.
However, we aim to be as flexible as we can for our customers especially when they need us to be.
What regions/ countries do you cover?
We offer services to all regions across the globe.

Do you offer shipping?
We offer Shipping services via courier services that are appropriate for the type of work we do, ensuring that product quality is protected as much as we can.
